Welcome to Whyfal Club, a paid membership experience curated by Whyfal. By subscribing to Whyfal Club, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Membership Overview

Whyfal Club includes:

• 1 audio note per week via WhatsApp
  
  

• 2–3 exclusive newsletters per month via email/WhatsApp
  
  

• Early announcements of workshops, merchandise, and shows
  
  

• 1 live Q&A session per month
  
  

Note: Offerings may evolve over time. Members will be notified of major changes.

2. Pricing and Billing

• Early bird price: ₹199/month
  
  

• Pricing subject to future change with prior notice
  
  

• Payments processed securely via Razorpay (The Funing H Q)
  
  

• In case of discontinuation of the Club, members will be notified and charges stopped
  
  

3. Cancellation, Payment Issues, and Access

• Cancel anytime by emailing whyfalclub@gmail.com
  
  

• Cancellation is effective from the next billing cycle
  
  

• Failed payments or cancellations result in access loss
  
  

• Access can be reinstated after payment resumption

• We will process your cancellation request within 5–7 business days. If a refund is applicable, it will be initiated within this period. The refunded amount may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.
  
  

4. Code of Conduct

Members agree to:

• Maintain respectful behavior in all community interactions
  
  

• Avoid discriminatory, offensive, or abusive conduct
  
  

• Follow community guidelines
  
  

Violation may result in removal from the Club.

5. Age and Region

• No strict age/region limits, but users must independently manage digital access and payments
  
  

6. Delivery and Communication

• All content delivered via WhatsApp/email
  
  

• Active contact info is mandatory
  
  

• Whyfal is not liable for missed updates due to incorrect details or platform issues
  
  

7. Intellectual Property

All shared materials (audio, newsletters, event info) are property of Whyfal. Do not reproduce or redistribute.

8. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms. Major changes will be communicated via WhatsApp/email.
