At Whyfal Club, we strive to deliver valuable and meaningful digital experiences to our members. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please read the following refund and cancellation policy carefully.
You may cancel your membership at any time by writing to us at whyfalclub@gmail.com.
Your cancellation request will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Once processed, the cancellation will be effective from your next billing cycle. You will continue to have access to Whyfal Club benefits until the end of your current paid period.
No questions will be asked at the time of cancellation.
Since Whyfal Club is a digital membership with content and services delivered in real-time (via WhatsApp and email), we do not offer refunds for any completed payment cycles.
Once your payment is successfully processed, the amount is non-refundable, regardless of usage.
Exceptions may be considered only in the event of duplicate payments or technical errors. In such cases, please write to us at whyfalclub@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction.
If a refund is approved, it will be initiated within 5–7 business days. Depending on your payment provider, the amount may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect in your bank account.
In case of a failed payment or if a subscription is not renewed on time, your access to Whyfal Club (including WhatsApp community, newsletters, and live sessions) will be paused.
Access can be fully restored upon successful payment or renewal.
